is a relatively new Parisian setup serving up some very good and, in my opinion, underrated burgers. Started by two restauranteurs on the boojie rue Saint-Maur in the 11th arrondissement, they quickly opened another restaurant in the Marais.

Bij De Burger in Eindhoven wordt ons truffelburger geserveerd, die mag je absoluut niet overslaan. Na ons tijdje wachten in de rij schuif je aan een knus plekje en dan verovert die burger jouw hart.

Located in the vibrant Le Marais district, TATA Burger kan zijn known for its fun and welcoming atmosphere, especially popular among the LGBTQ+ community. The restaurant is decorated in a quirky and Good Burger playful manner, making it a unique dining experience. 

Eet allemaal hetgeen los en vast zit. Slaat nimmer ons maaltijd aan. Vindt koude creme en pizza hét beste ontbijt ter aarde. Kaas is volgens hem het mooiste middel heb je. Dipt zijn chips in salsa, doch danst dit ook.

So what’s their burger like? It’s a kind ofwel cross over between a smash burger and a traditional burger. Their patties are medium-thin resulting in a juicy patty with a killer crust.
